Kim Kardashian has initiated a lawsuit towards Vivid
Entertainment because they have been distributing an amateur sex tape that she
taped with former boyfriend and R&B Singer Wille "Ray J" Norwood.
Paris Hiltons best friend is asking for unspecified damages, all
profits, and attorney fees that originate because of the distribution of the sex
tape. People are able to download the video, rent the tape, and purchase it from
stores.
"This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something
private between myself and my then-boyfriend. It is extremely hurtful not only to
me, but to my family as well," Kardashian said in a statement to PEOPLE. "I am
filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this Kim Kardashian video / tape since it
is being sold completely without my permission or consent."
Kardashian dated Ray J for three-years and broke it off in 2005.
Apparently the sex tape was bought for $1,00,000 from an unidentified 3rd Party.
The video is now released and will be available on
kimkardashianpic.com.
